Is there a minimum order quantity?
When looking for the best possible savings, we recommend a higher quantity order to get you the best unit pricing. Although we can source in very low quantities also, we understand you want the best value for money and higher quantity orders can provide this.
Do you provide design services?
Yes! Not only can we source products suited exactly to your needs, we can even custom design the product itself and also the artwork and aesthetics.
How can we further reduce our costs?
As experts in logistics, we can often save you further cost by using alternative delivery methods. For example, for bulk deliveries coming from Hong Kong or China, we can choose sea freight options rather than air to save a large percentage of the delivery costs. Although this is a longer delivery timeframe, we will work with you on your deadlines to provide all applicable options for you.
How does your service work?
When you enquire with us, we will obtain as much information as possible including your product requirements, artwork requirements, delivery deadlines and more. From there we will source the best options to suit your needs and provide a quotation. When you accept the quotation we will provide an artwork design for review and approval along with an invoice.
For new projects and when time permits, the pricing will include a physical preproduction sample for you to review and approve prior to mass production taking place to ensure that when you receive your order it is exactly to your expectation.
When the order is fully approved and ready for mass production, we will manage all quality checks and the order deadline to ensure we deliver on time, right first time, every time.

What are your payment terms?
Full payment is due 14 days from the invoice date or prior to mass production commencing, whichever occurs first. Quotations are valid for 14 days.
